- Free trial
- 30 days
- Trade packs at launch

- Money through platform
- none
A subscription per business rather than per seat, with a fair-use cap on users and a free trial period, quoted on the size of the organisation. Being built with a first customer and not yet open to other businesses.
What it does
- Quoting built on your own merchant price file, with a markup you control.
- Customers, jobs and invoicing carrying your own bank details.
- Orders built from a quote’s materials and placed with your merchant branch.
- A separate paid portal for merchants: an orders inbox, price file management and aggregated demand figures.
Limits worth knowing
- Being built with one customer. There is no open sign-up, and we are deliberately not taking a direct competitor of an existing customer as the second business while the codebase is young.
- The heating and plumbing trade pack is the only one at launch, though the architecture is not trade-specific.
Design decisions
How it is built
The decisions below cost more to build than the obvious alternative. They are the reason the tool holds up in use, so they are worth reading before you compare it against something cheaper.
No money moves through the platform
Orders are paid at the counter on your own account terms, and collection is recorded as a fact rather than as a transaction. Your invoices carry your bank details, not ours. Keeping payments out of the platform keeps a whole category of regulatory exposure out of it too.
One tenant cannot see another
Every write policy carries an explicit check, the tenant identifier is never settable by the browser, and isolation is tested in both directions before a second business is let in. Merchant sessions reach aggregate views only, behind a minimum group size, so no single trade’s figures can be read out of an aggregate.
VAT is asked, not inferred
The software asks which VAT treatment applies and shows the basis for it rather than guessing from the job. Construction VAT has too many edge cases, from the reverse charge to the energy-saving materials rate, for a guess to be safe.
