Terms and conditions
Last updated: 5 September 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we carry out work. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement takes precedence.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Scorpion AI Tooling Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17336409, with its registered office at 15 Snowgoose Way, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 2GA, United Kingdom. Scorpion AI Software is a trading brand of Scorpion AI Tooling Ltd, as is Scorpion AI Tooling. You can reach us at hello@scorpionaitooling.uk.
2. Information on this website
The descriptions, specifications and prices published here are provided in good faith and are kept current, but they are information rather than an offer capable of acceptance. Where a product is described as being in development or in pilot, it is not available for sale and nothing here should be read as a commitment to make it available. Prices shown are indicative until confirmed in a written quote.
Scorpion AI Tooling Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so prices shown do not carry VAT.
3. Quotes and contracts
Work begins only once a written scope and price has been issued by us and accepted by you. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Changes to an agreed scope are re-quoted in writing before being carried out.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design and code, belongs to Scorpion AI Tooling Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may read and share it, but not reproduce it as your own. Ownership of anything we build for a client is dealt with in that client's own agreement, not here.
5. Third-party links
Where we link to another website we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.
6. Liability
This website is provided as it is. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, as distinct from advice given to you directly under a contract.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
